Materials needed:
• Vellum paper
• Dye ink pads in two or three different coordinating colors
• Pigment Ink
• Chalk Ink
• Rubber stamps
• Embossing Powders in coordinating colors
• Double sided adhesive
• Candle or votive to be covered
• Flame Free
• Ranger Blending Tool
• Heat Gun
