I was watching a bit of TV last night and came across a commecial for the new season of "The Biggest Loser". I just absolutely love this show because it gives so many wonderful tips, ideas, and inspirational pieces for successful weightloss. I know these people are put under totally different circumstances then the general public, but it's still a great show.
